Our Approach

New Era will offer a comprehensive assessment of where your school is at with its IT Network. This includes an initial discovery conversation about your goals and how you see technology working within your school environment.

New Era will then conduct a detailed audit of your environment producing a report that includes desired outcomes, current infrastructure listing (e.g. server, switch, wireless, access points, cabling) and then a listing of recommendations as well as a pricing for the associated remedial work required.

A discussion document will also be created outlining the strategies and timing for the remedial work and suggested ongoing support.
